Payments can also be paid at the Clerk's Office Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:30 am - 5:00 pm or by mail at Clerk of Court, 101 East Courthouse Square, Suite 1007, Cumming, GA 30040.

• Cash, Check (Checks made out to Forsyth County Clerk of Court. No starter checks allowed; checks must have name imprinted. Personal checks must be local-Georgia).
• Visa, MasterCard & Discover (Convenience Fee is 4.5% + $.50)

• What number are you entering online?
  • Do not enter the Sheriff's office case number. In the pull down menu, search by citation number or defendant's name. Example:
    
• Is the Defendant 16 years of age or younger?
  • Juvenile Court will handle the citation. Call 770-781-3099 with any questions.
• If a citation is not approved to be paid by the Solicitor's office, you must appear in court on your court date (listed on the citation). If you are arrested, you MUST appear for court.
• Citations for Reckless Driving, Speeding 24 mph or more over the posted speed limit, and accidents are not payable online.
