Reasons why you may not be able to find your citation online

You just received your citation

Your citation will not be viewable online until we receive your citation from the Sheriff’s Office.  Check online 10 days prior to the court date on your citation.

You were in an accident

Any citation that involves an accident will not be approved to pay until the Solicitor’s Office reviews the citation. After approved to pay, you will be able to find it online. Check the website 10 days before the court date on your citation.

You are entering the Sheriff’s Office case number instead of the court’s case number

Do not search by case number unless you have received something from the court with a case number on it. Your citation cannot be found by the Sheriff’s Office case number. There is an option to search by citation number or defendant name.

Your citation is a Juvenile citation

If the defendant is 16 or younger, the Clerk’s Office will not be handling your citation. Juvenile Court will handle those citations. Give them a call at 770-781-3099 with any questions.
